This Privacy Policy applies to the Line Distribution website at https://linedistribution.app (the “Website”) and the Line Distribution iOS app (the “App”). Together, they are the “Service”. It explains how information is processed when you use the Service and how to manage locally stored data.
Cloud projects and subscriptions
Guest projects stay in this browser. When signed in, projects and uploaded media are saved to your private Cloudflare workspace. Optional AI timing sends audio and original lyrics to ElevenLabs.
Guest projects are stored in your browser. Signed-in projects, lyrics, timing and style settings are stored in Cloudflare D1; uploaded audio, background video and images are held in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Exported result videos from signed-in accounts are automatically uploaded to private R2 storage when saving succeeds, up to 1 GB per video. Result access expires after 7 days, and a scheduled task deletes expired files. Keep your own downloaded copy. The 7-day limit does not apply to project data or source media. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete cloud data. Deleting a cloud project removes its content and associated stored assets; a minimal project-ID tombstone prevents stale tabs from recreating it. Waffo receives your account identifier, email and order information to process checkout and associate the subscription with your account. Payment details are entered on the hosted checkout. We retain transaction references, subscription status and billing dates; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Summary
- The Website processes projects and selected media locally in your browser. The App processes projects and selected media locally on your device.
- Editing and playback stay local. Optional AI timing sends audio and original lyrics through our server to ElevenLabs only when you choose it.
- The App does not use Google Analytics, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
- Google Analytics is used on the Website only, as described below. The Service does not display third-party advertising.
- We do not sell personal data.
Optional Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional on the Website. When you choose it, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and display name, and store them in our Cloudflare-hosted database to identify your account. We request only basic identity information (openid, email and profile), not access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens.
A necessary HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The server stores a hash of the session token; signing out revokes that session. A separate login cookie and temporary verification record expire after 10 minutes. Expired records are cleaned up during subsequent sign-ins. Your account information remains until you request deletion at support@linedistribution.app. Signing in does not upload or synchronize your browser-local projects or media. Google handles authentication under its Privacy Policy.
Information processed on the Website
When you use the Website maker, the following may be stored or processed on your device:
- Project details you enter, such as song title, album, member names, colors, and shortcuts
- Timing segments, rankings, fairness, and coverage metrics derived from your inputs
- Optional local audio or video files selected for playback through temporary browser object URLs
- Optional member photos and stage-background media you select
- Theme preferences and other UI settings saved in browser storage
- Named project snapshots saved in the local project library
Editing and playback stay local. Optional AI timing sends audio and original lyrics through our server to ElevenLabs only when you choose it.
Information processed in the iOS App
The App stores and processes the following on your device:
- Project titles, member names, colors, timing segments, and calculated results
- Audio, video, images, and member photos that you choose to import
- Generated videos, covers, and result images until you remove them from the App
- Language, display, and timing-size preferences
The App accesses your photo library only after you choose to import media or save an exported video. It does not scan your photo library or upload imported media to a Line Distribution server. The App does not require an account.
Optional external services in the iOS App
Some optional actions connect to services outside the App only when you choose them:
- If you add a YouTube link, the App loads the video through an embedded web view. YouTube, and the hosted player page at linedistribution.app, may receive standard web-request information such as your IP address, device or browser details, and the video URL or ID. YouTube’s own privacy policy and terms apply to that use.
- If you use Share, Save Video, Contact Support, Rate the App, Check for Updates, or an external help link, iOS opens the selected system feature or third-party service. Information handled after that point is governed by the destination service’s privacy policy.
The App does not use Google Analytics. It does not show third-party advertising.
Information collected by the Website
When you visit the Website, our hosting and analytics providers may receive:
- Standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited
- Approximate location inferred from IP by the analytics or hosting provider
- Cookie or similar identifiers used by Google Analytics
On the Website, we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-NGC6WW25WX) to measure traffic and improve the product. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to measure Website usage and processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can manage analytics cookies through your browser settings or available Google opt-out tools.
If you join the mobile app waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, your selected platform, language, and signup time. We use this information only to tell you when the selected App is available and to send closely related launch updates. You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry at any time by emailing support@linedistribution.app.
How we use information
We use Website analytics and hosting logs to operate and secure the Website, understand which pages and features are used, improve performance and documentation, and diagnose errors or abuse.
For optional Website AI timing, we forward the audio track and original lyrics to ElevenLabs solely to fulfill your request. This endpoint does not store the audio or lyrics in our database or object storage. ElevenLabs handles the transmitted data under its own privacy policy; we do not promise immediate deletion by that provider. Cancellation cannot recall data already transmitted. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited service providers help operate the Website:
- Cloudflare — Website hosting and delivery
- Google Analytics — aggregated Website usage analytics
- ElevenLabs — Editing and playback stay local. Optional AI timing sends audio and original lyrics through our server to ElevenLabs only when you choose it.
These services are not used for analytics inside the App, and the App does not display third-party advertising. If you voluntarily use the App’s YouTube, sharing, mail, App Store, or external-link features, the relevant third party processes data under its own policies.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a transfer of the Website or Service.
Data retention and deletion
- Guest Website projects remain in browser storage until deleted by you or the browser. Clearing local storage does not remove signed-in cloud projects.
- App projects, preferences, imported media copies, and generated videos remain in the App’s local storage until you remove them, or until you delete the App. Items you save to Photos or share to another service must be managed in that destination.
- Website analytics and hosting logs are retained according to provider settings and our operational needs.
- Cloud project data and source media remain until you delete the project or request account deletion. Exported result videos are available for 7 days after upload completion and are then removed by scheduled cleanup. Required transaction, security and support records may be retained separately for legal, accounting or dispute-handling purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of certain personal data. For Website analytics data, use Google’s tools and your browser controls. For locally stored Website or App data, use the deletion choices described above.

Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
International visitors
The Website may be served from infrastructure in multiple regions. Website analytics data may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google or Cloudflare operate. Optional third-party App services, including YouTube, may process data in locations determined by those services.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.

Customer support and refund requests
For support, billing, refund or privacy requests, email support@linedistribution.app. We process your email address, message, order reference and any attachments you choose to send to answer your request, verify the transaction, investigate problems and handle refunds or disputes. We share only relevant information with payment, hosting or email providers when needed. Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence and transaction records are retained only as needed to resolve the request, meet legal/accounting obligations and handle disputes; they are not subject to the 7-day video retention period. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to required retention.
Product events
We record events such as login, project creation, export completion and subscription clicks to operate and improve the product. Records may include account, session and project identifiers, event type, time, language and selected plan, but not lyrics, audio, full payment details or email addresses. Browser event tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; necessary account and transaction records are handled separately.
Browser identifiers and diagnostics
We use a random browser identifier stored for up to 90 days to measure visits, return visits and creation steps. When you sign in, we associate it with your account. We also record campaign tags, referring hostname, browser/device category, operation duration and technical error codes. We do not include lyrics, media contents, filenames or full URLs in these product events. Browser identifiers do not reliably identify a person across devices. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this optional browser tracking; clearing browser storage resets the identifier. Necessary account and billing records are separate.
